Our Story
Kelly Olcott started out in the building restoration and waterproofing business over 35 years ago as a young helper in his dad's company in Birmingham, AL. Over the years he performed many different jobs and responsibilities in that company. Being exposed to many project both small and large gives him knowledge from the ground up and inside out. Kelly moved to Atlanta, GA in 1996 at the same time as the Olympics. He was involved with many large scale waterproofing projects there like Turner Stadium and Grady Hospital parking deck restoration.

Kelly has participated in project's of all shapes and sizes all over the southeastern United States. Many large scale projects like the Olympic Stadium, Hospitals, Government Structures and Malls.
